At Angela Fashion, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
Before Dispatch: We offer a full refund if you cancel your order before the products are processed by our warehouse.
After Payment/Processing: Orders for customized items, pre-order inventory, or orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@angelafashion.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product. (If photos cannot prove the damage, a video is required).
A screenshot of your order confirmation.
Badly Damaged: We will offer a full refund or a free replacement.
Partially Damaged: For minor issues (e.g., loose threads, slight wrinkles, small scratches), we offer a partial refund or replacement.
Please note: We cannot offer refunds for damaged outer packing boxes due to the nature of long-distance international shipping.
If you receive the wrong product, the wrong size/color, or if parts are missing, please email us with photo evidence.
Incorrect Products: We offer a full refund or replacement.
Wrong Size/Color: We offer a refund or resend if you provide photos showing the error (e.g., a photo of the item next to a measuring tape for size issues).
Missing Parts/Accessories: We will resend the missing parts or accessories. If the missing part affects the product's function, we will replace the entire product.
Because we ship globally, transit times can vary. We will process refunds or resends for delayed orders under the following conditions:
General Orders: If the order has been in transit for more than 60 days after departing the warehouse without tracking updates.
US Orders: If the order is delayed more than 45 days.
Brazil Orders: If the order is delayed more than 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
We cannot issue a refund or replacement if the tracking information shows the order was "Delivered."
If you have not received your package but the tracking shows delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to:
Incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout.
Unknown recipient or no such number.
Package refused or not picked up in time from the local post office.
Uncleared customs.
If a package is returned to the sender because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer is responsible for the loss.
We generally do not recommend returning items due to high international shipping costs and long transit times. However, if a return is necessary and approved by our support team, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as "the buyer changed their mind," "ordered the wrong size/SKU by mistake," or "product smells unusual."
We are not responsible for shipping delays or damaged products caused by events beyond our control (Acts of God), including but not limited to epidemics, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, severe weather, or unexpected customs inspections.
